Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Product and GTM leadership to define the app priorities and sales strategy for Large Customer Sales (LCS) across Southeast Asia.
- Identify key opportunities to innovate based on needs in the field, influencing product strategy accordingly.
- Set the Apps product and revenue ambition for the organization in Southeast Asia.
- Run the product-to-market and market-to-product feedback loop to ensure the team meets the revenue and customer goals.
- Be an integral player within the LCS organization, leading discussions with customer stakeholders to drive apps business growth.
- Launch scalable activation programs in the market to drive product adoption.
- Drive beta tests with emerging products, and recommend ways to test, launch, and learn.
- Equip sales teams with training, case studies, and insights to drive business growth.
- Build a high-performing, various team that drives exceptional results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with people management, leading, and developing a sales team.
- Experience working with App ads or performance advertisers.
- Understanding of Google's products and services.
- Ability to lead and drive complex operational and strategic initiatives involving cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and executive-level influencing.
- Track record of success in sales or account management.
- Understanding of the App ecosystem and its evolution.
